GOVERNING BOARD

The senior management and administration is in the hands of a Governing Board, composed of nine governors who have the requirements set in article 4 of Law 19.346. The following persons currently compose the Governing Board:

Sr. Guillermo Silva Gundelach, President of the Supreme Court and Chairman of the Governing Board

Sr. Hernán Larraín Fernández, Minister of Justice and Human Rights.

Sr. Arturo Prado Puga, Supreme Court Justice, chosen by this same institution.

Sra. Lya Graciela Cabello Abdala, Judicial Prosecutor of the Supreme Court.

Sr. Omar Astudillo Contreras, Justice of the Court of Appeals of Santiago, chosen in single voting, by the second category officials of the First Level of the Judiciary.

Sr. Alejandro Vera Quilodrán, Justice of Court of Appeals of Temuco. Representative of the National Association of Magistrates.

Sra. Carmen Domínguez Hidalgo, Academic, appointed by the President of the Republic, with the approval of the Senate.

Sr. Gonzalo Berríos Díaz, Academic, appointed by the President of the Republic, with the approval of the Senate.

Sr. Alejandro Gómez Cortés, Representative of the presidents of professional unions of lawyers in the country.
